Finance consent requirements and declarations
Each consent request in the Yonda finance journey uses one checkbox. This page explains every permission, acknowledgement and declaration covered at the relevant stage.

Eligibility and pre-qualification
Yonda first shares your basic details and net income with FindnDrive to produce an initial income-based estimate. If you continue, FindnDrive then performs the credit, affordability, identity and fraud checks needed to complete your eligibility result.
Collecting and sharing personal information
You consent to Yonda collecting and sharing the personal information needed for the eligibility check with FindnDrive and its relevant third-party partners. This can include identity, contact, income, employment and expense information you supply, as well as credit-related information obtained during the check.
Credit and affordability check
You allow a credit and affordability check so that Yonda can give you a more accurate indication of your eligibility for vehicle finance. FindnDrive's prediction service requests relevant information from the Experian and TransUnion credit bureaus for this purpose.
Identity and fraud check
You allow your information to be checked to verify your identity, detect inconsistencies and help prevent fraud.
Keeping in touch on WhatsApp
You agree that Yonda may message you on WhatsApp, at the mobile number you provide, about the application you have started: a reminder to finish it, a link back into it, a request for any outstanding documents, and updates on its progress. Reply STOP to any of these messages and they end; every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that does the same.
Finance consent terms and conditions
You confirm that you have read and accept the consent terms and conditions described on this page. Any estimate is an indication only. A finance application remains subject to the financial institution's assessment, approval and any terms it presents before you enter a finance agreement.
If you continue with a finance application
These permissions apply when you choose to proceed from your eligibility result to a full application.
Sharing the application with financial institutions
You consent to your application being sent to one or more financial institutions so they can assess your request for finance.
Processing credit information
You consent to a credit bureau processing your credit information—including income, employment and personal data—for prescribed business purposes under applicable laws. You also consent to the outcome being shared with relevant third parties.
Possible effect on your credit score
You understand that proceeding with a vehicle finance application may affect your credit score.
Your declarations
You confirm that each statement below is true when you tick the checkbox.
Not liable as a guarantor
You confirm that you are currently not liable as a guarantor for an existing obligation.
Not liable as a surety
You confirm that you are currently not liable as a surety for an existing debt or financial obligation.
Not liable as a co-debtor
You confirm that you are currently not liable as a co-debtor and are not jointly responsible with another party for a debt in that capacity.
Fees
What Yonda charges for arranging your finance.
Yonda service fee
Yonda charges a once-off service fee for arranging your finance. The fee is added to the amount financed and will appear as a line item on your finance quotation and agreement before you sign — nothing is charged separately or upfront.
You can close this tab and return to your application when you're ready.
